竹粉模压花盆跌落冲击有限元数值仿真 被引量:3

Finite element simulation for moulded flowerpots made of bamboo powder

摘要 以竹粉模压花盆为研究对象,应用Solid Works建立三维有限元模型,运行Simulation对其跌落冲击过程进行有限元分析。通过数值仿真,分析花盆底孔数量、跌落角度和跌落高度对花盆壳体跌落冲击应力的影响,为竹粉模压花盆的耐撞性分析和设计提供理论依据。结果表明,花盆壳体上各点等效应力随各点距接触面距离和壳体几何形状不同而不同,底孔数量为2时,相同条件下壳体最大等效应力最小,跌落角度和高度对最大等效应力的影响显著。 Moulded flowerpots made of bamboo power were taken as research object. Three-dimensional simulation model of the flowerpot was built by SolidWorks and then finite element simulation was done by using simulation program. The influences of three factors such as amount of bottom holes of the flowerpot, drop angle and drop height on drop impact stress were analyzed so as to provide theoretical foundation for crashworthiness analysis and design for the flowerpot. It was indicated that yon mises stress of different points on flowerpot shell was different according to distances from contact surface and flowerpot shape. Under the same conditions, the max von mises stress minimized when bottom holes was 2 and drop angle as well as drop height had significant influence on the max von raises stress.
