基于Pro/E和ADAMS的行星轮系动力学仿真

摘要 利用Pro/E软件建立了渐开线齿轮行星轮系三维实体模型,并通过专用接口软件Mechanism/Pro导入到多体动力学分析软件ADAMS中,对轧钢机械行星轮系进行动力学仿真分析。得到了在给定转速和负载条件下行星架输出转速曲线和行星轮的位移、转速及啮合力曲线。将仿真结果与理论计算值进行比较,数据吻合,说明多体动力学模型构建合理,仿真具有可信度。 The three-dimensional entity model for involute gear planetary gear train was established by using Pro / E software,and imported into the multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS through special interface software Mechanism / Pro to carry out the dynamics simulation analysis on rolling mechanical planetary gear train. The planet carrier output speed curve at a given speed and load conditions and the curve of planetary gear displacement,rotating speed and meshing force were obtained. Then,the compare between simulation results and theoretical calculation values was carried out,and the data agreed very well,so it can explain that the multi-body dynamic model building is reasonable and the simulation has a great credibility.
