摘要
对Φ28 mm规格HRB400热轧带肋钢筋在冬季寒冷条件下焊接后吊装脆断进行研究,通过产生脆断样品与对比样品化学成分、夹杂物、金相组织以及断口扫描电镜分析,找出了钢筋脆断的原因是焊接工艺造成的组织异常变化,并提出明确的避免措施。
The brittle fracture of Φ28 mm HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bar during its hoisting after welding in cold winter was studied,and through comparative analysis on the chemical composition,inclusions,microstructure and fracture by scanning electron microscopy between brittle sample and contrast sample,the reason for the brittle fracture of ribbed bar was found out,which is the abnormal change of microstructure caused by welding process,and the specific avoiding measures were put forward.
