摘要
从依法治档、提高归档质量、科学保管三个方面论述了当前企业建设项目声像档案管理重要性及其在项目档案管理中不可替代的地位。建设项目声像档案以其特殊的载体形式,保留下了整个工程各个重要施工节点的历史瞬间,弥补了以往传统的纸质文字档案存在的不足。
The importance of audio-visual archives management and its irreplaceable status in the project archives management were expounded from three aspects of managing files according to laws,improving the quality of archives and scientific keeping. The audio-visual archives of construction projects has kept the historical moment at each construction joints of whole project by its special carrier form,and made up the deficiency of the previous traditional paper text files.
