摘要 以水玻璃作激发剂,磷石膏、粉煤灰、钢渣与矿粉作胶凝材料,盾构泥砂为细集料,并用聚羧酸系抗泥型高效减水剂和抗水分散剂改善浆料性能;通过对粉料比例、激发剂掺量等的研究,制得工作性能好(初始流动度27cm、6h后23.5cm,3h泌水率<1%),凝结时间长(>60h),抗水分散(水陆强度比>85%),可防止管片上浮(稠度值11.3cm)的高性能工业废渣-盾构泥砂同步注浆材料,并在武汉轨道交通3号线八B标段双王区间站取得了成功应用。 Using water-glass as the activator, phosphorus gypsum, fly ash, steel slag and blast furnace slag as ce- mentitious materials, shielded sediment as fine aggregate, anti-mud polycarboxylate superplasticizer and water-resistant dispersant were used to improve pulp properties. Through the study of powder material ratio and species and content of activator, a high performance industrial residue and shield-sand synchronous grouting material was made with good workability (initial fluidity of 27 cm,6 h after 23. 5 cm, 3 h bleeding rate〈SlY), long setting time (〉60 h), excel- lent water-resistant dispersion performance (amphibious strength ratio 〉 85%), can prevent the segment floating (consistency value 11.3 cm) and has successfully applied in Wuhan rail transit line 3 eight section B double king inter- valstation.
