建造师激励约束机制构建研究

Research About Incentive-Constraint Mechanism of Constructor

项目管理过程中建造师居于核心地位,建造师的综合素质对于项目目标的实现起决定性作用,提高建造师的执业能力是当前迫切需要解决的问题。文中从需求层次理论出发,对建造师的激励机制作出一些设想,并从政府、行业协会、企业三个方面对建造师约束机制提出了一些建议。

The constructor was leading role in the process of project management. The comprehensive quality of the constructor was very important for the realization of project objectives. The practice ability of constructor should be im- proved as soon as possible. Constraints mechanism of constructor was put forward from the hierarchy of needs theory. In addition, some suggestions were given in this paper from the perspectives of government, industry associations and enterprises.
