摘要
结合汽车轮毂的铸造工艺实际情况,从合金材料选择、加压参数确定、浇铸尺寸确定、热处理变形控制和物理指标控制等方面分析汽车轮毂的金属模铸造工艺,总结汽车轮毂铸造过程中的工艺优化和提高铝合金轮毂的机械性能的途径。
Combining with the practical situation of automobile wheel hub casting process, this paper, from the alloy material selec- tion, pressure parameters determination, casting size determination, heat treatment deformation control and physical index control, ana- lyzes the metal mold casting process of automobile wheel hub, and sums up paths of the process optimization and ways to improve the mechanical performance of aluminum alloy wheel hub in the process of automobile wheel hub casting.
