摘要
结合某发动机附件传动系统的轮系布置方式,基于多体动力学Recur Dyn软件,建立了发动机前端附件传动系统的4PK多楔带传动动力学仿真模型。在带的张紧力及带长不变的条件下,系统研究了曲轴带轮的包角的变化对多楔带传动平稳性的影响规律,为合理布置多楔带传动轮系,降低多楔带传动过程中的振动振幅提供了一种可行的数字化仿真分析方法。
Combining with the gear train layout of a certain engine accessory driving system, based on multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn, this paper establishes a 4PK ribbed V-belt driving dynamics simulation model of the front end accessory driving system of the engine. In the condition of the fixed tension force and length of the belt, it systematically studies the influencing rule of the changes of the wrap angle of the crankshaft pulleys on ribbed V-belt driving stability, which provides a feasible digital simulation analysis meth- od for the rational arrangement of V-ribbed belt driving train and the reduction of vibration amphtude in the process of ribbed V-beh driving.
