摘要
目的优选人工唾液处方及工艺。方法采用交叉试验,考察产品性状及理化指标,确定合理处方及工艺。结果制得产品的各项指标在不同温度、强光及高湿度条件下均无明显变化,质量稳定。结论优选处方合理,工艺操作简单可行,重现性好。
Objective To optimize prescription and process of artificial saliva. Methods Optimizeation exeperiments were conducted by using cross matching which inspect product characters and physical and chemical indicators to determine reasonable prescription and process. Results The indicators of products had no obvious change in different temperature, light, high humidity and the quality of products is conditionstable. Conclusion Optimizing prescription is reasonable, and process is simple,feasible and good reproducibility.
