甘舒霖30R联合二甲双胍治疗继发磺脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病效果观察

Efficacy of Ganshulin 30R combined with Metformin in the treatment of Type 2 diabetes of secondary failure to sulfonylureas

目的探讨甘舒霖30R联合二甲双胍治疗磺脲类药物继发性失效(SFS)的2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效。方法 88例SFS T2DM患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各44例。观察组予以甘舒霖30R联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组予以甘舒霖30R治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的血糖达标时间较对照组显著缩短,且胰岛素用量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血脂指标及C肽均无明显变化(P>0.05);两组血糖、Hb Alc均显著改善(P<0.05),但组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论甘舒霖30R联合二甲双胍治疗SFS T2DM可缩短血糖达标时间,减少胰岛素用量,不影响血脂代谢,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ganshulin 30 R combined with metformin in the treatment of Type 2 diabetes（T2DM） of secondary failure to sulfonylureas（SFS）.Methods 88 cases of patients with T2 DM of SFS were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The observation group received Ganshulin 30 R combined metformin therapy, the control group received Ganshulin 30 R therapy,efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results The standard time of blood glucose in observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, and the insulin dosage was significantly lower（P〈0.05）; the serum lipids and C-peptide in the two groups before and after treatment were no significant changes（P〈0.05）; Glucose and Hb Alc of the two groups were significantly improved（P〈0.05）, but no significant difference between groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ganshulin 30 R combined with metformin in the treatment of T2 DM of SFS can shorten the standard time of blood glucose and reduce the amount of insulin, does not affect lipid metabolism, should be widely applied.
