支撑喉镜和纤维喉镜下手术切除声带息肉的效果比较

Comparison of suspension microlaryngoscopic surgery and fibre laryngoscope surgery in the treatment of vocal cord polyps

目的观察支撑喉镜、纤维喉镜下手术切除声带息肉的效果。方法选取2012年11月-2013年11月收治的声带息肉患者96例,将其平均分为两组,观察组和对照组。观察组患者通过支撑喉镜下手术进行治疗,对照组患者通过纤维喉镜下手术进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.92%,明显高于对照组总有效率81.25%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用支撑喉镜下手术对声带息肉患者进行治疗的效果比纤维喉镜下手术的治疗效果更好。

Objective To observe the effects of suspension microlaryngoscopic surgery and fibre laryngoscope surgery in the treatment of vocal cord polyps. Methods 96 cases of vocal cord polyp patients were selected from November 2012 to November 2013 in our hospital, and divided into two groups in average, the observation group and the control group.Patients in observation group were under laryngoscope operation treatment,and patients in the control group underwent fibre laryngoscope operation. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（81.25%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ef effect of suspension microlaryngoscopic surgery is better than that of the fibre laryngoscope surgery in the treatment of vocal cord polyps, which can make the patient＇s quality of life enhanced, and is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
