随着机械化、自动化、信息化及精细化快速发展,煤炭行业出现了一种先进设备与落后设备管理模式之间的矛盾,这种矛盾严重地制约着特大型矿井的发展,成为现代化煤矿企业前进的障碍。
With the mine enterprise rapid development and refinement of mechanization, automation, informationization, the coal industry appeared a kind of advanced equipment and the contradiction between equipment management mode, which seriously restricts the development of oversize mine, become an obstacle to the modernization progress of coal mining enterprises.
