摘要
JZXC-480型交流轨道电路设备是矿区铁路行车监督列车车列的动态的重要基础设备,在使用中因锈蚀、轨面积尘等原因而导致的轮对分路不良,使轨道继电器在轨道区段内有车占用时不能可靠落下,它违背了铁路行车的"故障-导向安全"原则,是威胁铁路运输的一个重大安全隐患。通过轨道电路智能防护监控技术研究,确定研制了适合矿区铁路实际的"智能型轨道电路防护监控盒"(以下简称监控盒),以提高轨道继电器返还系数,提高了轨道电路的分路灵敏性,使轨道继电器在较高的轨道残压的情况下可靠落下,可大幅度改善轨道电路分路不良状况,保障了行车安全和行车组织效率。
