以创业带动就业为引领的独立学院应用型人才培养模式探索——以福建农林大学金山学院为例

Exploration on the Applied Talents Cultivation Mode in Independent Colleges Led by Promoting Employment by Entrepreneurship——Taking Jinshan Department of Fujian Agricultural and Forestry college as a Case

面对日益严峻的就业压力,鼓励高校毕业生特别是独立学院学生自主创业,以创业带动就业,是未来经济社会发展的必然趋势和可行路径。福建农林大学金山学院近年来虽然涌现出了一批成功创业的典型案例,但学生参与自主创业的比例却很低。探讨如何促进独立学院加强创新创业教育,培养有创业能力的应用型人才是实现独立学院发展和解决就业问题的重要途径。

Facing increasingly serious employment pressure,it is an inevitable trend and feasible path of future economic and social development to encourage college graduates,especially independent college students,to be self-employed for promoting employment by entrepreneurship. In recent years,Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University has sprung up some typical cases of establishing a business successfully,but the proportion of students engaging in self-employment is very low. Discussions on how to promote independent colleges to strengthen and innovate entrepreneurial education for cultivating applied talents with entrepreneurial ability are important ways to realize the development of independent colleges and solve the employment problems.
