国际化文化名城的高校外语人才培养研究——以长沙市为例

Research on the Cultivation of University Foreign Language Talents in International Cultural City——Taking Changsha as an Example

在国际文化名城建设的背景之下,长沙市高校外语人才培养工作面临新的机遇与挑战。通过对长沙市国际化发展现状及对外语人才的需求情况调查分析,高校外语人才的培养需要创新国际化教育理念。外语专业应当调整语言种类,明确培养目标,建设国际型外语人才培养课程体系,改革和创新教学方法。我们要积极探索和总结一个国际化的创新模式从而使长沙市高校外语人才培养与国际文化名城建设合理对接,达到和谐同构目标。

Under the background of the construction of international cultural city,the training work of foreign language talents in Changsha Universities is facing new opportunities and challenges. Through the investigation on the current situation of the internationalization development of Changsha and the demand for the foreign language talents,we find that foreign language talents cultivation in universities need innovation in education philosophy. Foreign language majors should adjust the language type,clear training objectives,construct international foreign language talents cultivation course system,and improve and innovate teaching method. We should actively explore and summarize a internationalized innovation mode,so that college foreign language personnel training in Changsha can be accordance with international cultural city construction and achieve the target.
