从高职院校学生现状谈学生管理教育问题

On the Problems of Management Education for Students from the Present Situation in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职学生管理是学校教育的重要阵地,在高职学生素质教育中,往往存在重管理轻教育的现象。在高职学生管理教育中仅从教育关口去尝试解决问题,并没有切中要害和对症下药。本文从高职院校学生的现在入手,从学校、学情出发,探讨学生管理教育问题,提出"管、教、学"一体化的管理教育思路。

Student Management in higher vocational colleges is an important position of college education,in the quality education of higher vocational students,there are often existing the more-management and less-education phenomenon. In the management education for higher vocational students,we haven＇t hit the point and had corresponding countermeasures. This paper has discussed the problems of student management education and proposed the integrated management education idea of ＂management,teaching and learning＂ from the situation of college,learning and the presence of higher vocational students.
