本文将探讨地方政府购买公共服务的定位和方向,通过对地方政府购买公共服务的行为进行剖析,对于推动我国地方政府建设具有巨大的现实意义;并且地方政府购买公共服务的行为对我国政府的建设也有着启迪作用。通过本论题的探讨,笔者希望为相关行业提供一定的参考依据。
This paper will explore the positioning and orientation of local government purchases of public services,carries on the analysis through the purchase of public services on the local government behavior,has the practical significance regarding the great promotion of our local government construction; and local government purchases of public services also have inspiration to the construction of our government.
