在高等院校校区管理是围绕"建设校区和服务师生"的目标运转的。这个统一的目标使得校区管委会的各个工作融为一个整体,校区管委会就是要从这个整体出发,协调各环节和各方面的管理工作。校区管理委员会领导要善于掌握激励技术,运用沟通激励、榜样激励和解决冲突技术激励下属的热情、献身精神和创造力,协调解决组织目标实现过程中出现的矛盾和冲突,以实现管委会的管理目标。

Campus management in universities is aiming to build campuses and serve teachers and students. This purpose makes each work campus CMC melting as a whole. Campus of CMC is to proceed from this overall,coordinate various links and aspects of the management work. Campus management committee leadership should be good at mastering excitation technique,using communication incentive,incentive and example of conflict resolution techniques to motivate subordinates enthusiasm,dedication and creativity,contradictions and conflicts appear to coordinate and solve the organization goal realization process to achieve the goal of management committee.
