摘要
目的:探讨考试焦虑大学生的心理健康状况及其与考试焦虑的关系。方法:采用考试焦虑量表和症状自评量表测试444名大学生。结果:52%的学生感受到了因要参加考试而带来的相当程度的不适感,而其中93%的人症状自评量表至少有1项得分在2分以上;男生的考试焦虑程度低于女生,但差异不显著(t =1.267,P>0.05);高考试焦虑水平组在症状自评量表(SCL-90)10个因子及总分、阳性项目上均显著高于低考试焦虑水平组(t=5.780,8.706,8.474,8.489,8.475,7.220,7.530,7.293,7.095,5.511,9.183,3.605;P<0.001);考试焦虑与症状自评量表10个因子及总分、阳性项目均呈显著正相关(P<0.01);回归分析显示,SCL-90总均分、阳性项目、其它因子和人际关系敏感因子能预测考试焦虑(P<0.001~0.01)。结论:大学生存在较高程度的考试焦虑,高考试焦虑群体的心理健康程度低于低考试焦虑群体,SCL-90总均分、阳性项目、其它因子和人际关系敏感因子与考试焦虑关系密切。
Objective:To study the status of college students with test anxiety and the relationship be-tween test anxiety and mental health.Methods:444 college students completed TAS and SCL-90 .Re-sults:The study revealed that about 52%college students had test anxiety.There was no significant differ-ence between gender in TAS score;All factors,the total average scores and positive project of the SCL-90 of higher anxiety group were significantly higher than those with lower anxiety scores ( t =5.780, 8.706,8.474,8.489,8.475,7.220,7.530,7.2937, .095,5.511,9.183,3.605;P〈0.001);The score of TAS were significantly correlated with the total average score,positive project of SCL-90 (P〈0.01). Regression analysis showed that,the total average score,positive project, other factor score and interper-sonal sensitivity of SCL-90 could predict test anxiety.Conclusion:There is a higher degree of test anxie-ty in college students;The degree of mental health of high test anxiety college students are lower than those of low test anxiety;The test anxiety has an important relationship to the total average score,positive project,other factor score and interpersonal sensitivity of SCL-90 .
