五行音乐治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的疗效分析

The curative effect of five lines of music therapy on treating schizophrenic patients

目的探讨五行音乐疗法在慢性精神分裂症中的治疗效果。方法对照组接受常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上接受五行音乐疗法,观察2组简明精神病量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及世卫组织制定的生存质量测量量表(BREF)评分。结果 2组治疗前BPRS和SDSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6个月与治疗前比较,BRPS和SDSS评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组BRPS和SDSS评分分别为(23.9±4.7)分与(4.3±1.1)分,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6周时,BREF评分心理领域、社会领域、生理领域和环境领域的评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五行音乐疗法一定程度上改善了慢性精神分裂症的病情,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of five lines of music therapy on treating schizophrenic patients.Methods 150 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into control group（n=75,treated with conventional drug）and observation group（n=75,treated with conventional drug plus five lines music）.The brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS）,social disability screening schedule（SDSS）,life quality scales and world health organization score of two groups were compared.Results The BPRS and SDSS scores at 6 months after treatment were lower than these before treatment,which had statistical differences.After 6 weeks＇ treatment,the BPRS and SDSS scores,psychological field score,social field score,physical field score and environmental field score of observation group were better than these of control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionFive lines of music therapy can effectively improve condition and life quality for chronic schizophrenia patients.
