射频热凝术联合卡马西平治疗三叉神经痛预后的影响因素

The prognosis effect of RFTC combined with carbamazepine on treating patients with trigeminal neuralgia

目的研究射频热凝术联合卡马西平治疗三叉神经痛预后的影响因素。方法选择2012-07—2013-07我院经磁共振成像及临床症状确诊为三叉神经痛患者120例为研究对象,采用射频热凝术联合卡马西平治疗,分析影响预后的因素。结果利用单因素分析和多元Logistic回归,发现年龄、病程以及病变的分支数对预后的影响较大(P<0.05)。结论射频热凝术联合卡马西平治疗三叉神经痛的疗效显著,医生的临床水平是影响预后的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the prognosis effect of RFTC combined with carbamazepine on treating patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 120 patients with trigeminal neuralgia confirmed by MRI from July 2012 and to July 2013 in our hospital were considered as research object and treated with RFTC combined with carbamazepine to analyze the factors affecting the prognosis.Results The single factor and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,disease course and number of disease branches could affect the patients＇ prognosis.Conclusion The RFTC combined with carbamazepine have better curative effect on treating patients with trigeminal neuralgia,and the doctors＇ clinical level is an important factor on affecting the patients＇ prognosis.
