防爆电梯检验中“一孔多线”问题的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 在广东省有很多在役防爆电梯。经现场检验发现,防爆电梯中隔爆型和增安型电气设备的电缆引入装置在安装方式上普遍存在"一孔多线"的问题,不仅不符合国家检验规范的要求,而且可能造成重大的安全事故。本文首先分析"一孔多线"问题的结构形式,然后根据国家标准和国家检验规范的要求,指出了"一孔多线"问题潜在的安全隐患,并说明电缆引入装置的正确安装方式,最后对"一孔多线"问题的整改提出建议,可对防爆电梯的安装或维保单位提供正确的作业指导。 In Guangdong province, there are many Explosion-proof elevators in service. By the inspection, the issue of ‘One-hole with Multi-wire' is widely found in the cable entries of flameproof type and safety increased type electrical equipment used in Explosion-proof elevators, which doesn't meet the national inspection requirements, and may cause serious safety accidents. This paper discusses the structure of ‘Onehole with Multi-wire' in first; and then, points out the potential security risks according the national standard and inspection requirement, explains the correct installation of cable glands. Finally, this artical provides some advices on the rectification to provide guidance for Explosion-proof elevator installation or maintenance enterprises.
