Through the analysis of the exploration on the scene of the accident, this paper inferences the process of accident, analyzes the direct and indirect reasons of the accident, summarizes the experiences and lessons. Based on the analysis of the possibility to avoid accident, this article gets the general revelation to stop major workplace accidents and prevent ordinary accidents, discusses the building construction engineering construction site of special equipment safety management mode and means.
