四藤一仙汤加味足浴治疗0级糖尿病足30例临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨四藤一仙汤加味足浴治疗0级糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将60例0级糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组在常规治疗基础上予以温水足浴,对照组在常规治疗基础上局部辨证使用四藤一仙汤加味足浴,持续治疗4周,观察两组患者症状积分、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及踝肱指数(ABI)等指标。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为63.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状积分均显著降低(P<0.05),两组治疗后症状积分比较,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四藤一仙汤加味足浴治疗0级糖尿病足疗效确切。 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of lavipeditum with Siteng Yixian Decoction(四藤一仙汤,STYXD) on patients with 0 Grade Diabetic Foot. Methods:The 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases) and the treatment group(30 cases). The control group was given warm water foot bath besides conventional therapy, while the treatment group, on the basis of conventional therapy, was given lavipeditum with STYXD using the method of local syndrome differentiation. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the symptom score, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid and ankle brachial index(ABI) and other indicators were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, significantly higher than that of the control group(63.3%)(P0.05). After treatment, symptom scores of the patients of both groups were significantly reduced(P0.05), and the symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than the other group(P0.05).Conclusion: Lavipeditum with STYXD has definite curative effect in treating 0 Grade diabetic foot.
