6种医院制剂中羟苯乙酯含量测定方法研究

Content Determination of Ethylparaben in Six Kinds of Hospital Preparation

目的:建立测定我院六种医院制剂中羟苯乙酯含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,选用二极管阵列检测器及Hypersil ODS2(5μm 4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(40:60);流速:1 m L/min;检测波长:254 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:羟苯乙酯浓度在9.368μg/m L^234.2μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。结论:所建立方法简便、准确、重复性好,可以广泛适用于医院制剂中羟苯乙酯的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for content determination of Ethylparaben in six preparations of our hospital. Methods： Using HPLC, the selection of DAD and Column Hypersil ODS2（5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm）; the mobile phase：acetonitrile- water（40：60）; flow rate： 1 m L/min; detection wavelength ： 254 nm. Results ： The concentration of Ethylparaben in9.368 μg/m L^234.2 μg/m L（r=0.9999） had good linear relation. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be widely used in the determination of the content of ethyl hydroxybenzoate in hospital preparations.
