摘要
本文旨在通过思考、梳理艺术类学生各种心理诉求,把"人本"心理和"自我确认"心理环境作为切入口,强调学生个性化创作意识与教学的人性化培养观念相结合的重要性,提出在艺术教学体系下重视艺术生的心理关注和柔性管理,切实推进高校创造性的育人实践活动,帮助艺术类学生提升其思想认识、创作能力和心理素质。
Starting from examining various psychological needs of students in Art major, this paper applied the concepts of humanistic psychology in exphasizing the importance of students' idea of innovation and tried to integrate it with the philosophy of education for all-around development. The necessity of paying close attention to the psychology needs of Art students was pointed out, and how to help Art students build up their knowledge system, creating capacities and mental and general well-being is also discussed.
