摘要
随着高校教育工作的不断改革,柔性管理模式逐渐进入到高校管理者的视野中。柔性管理比刚性管理更人性化,更加符合90后大学生的行为和心理特征,更能激发学生党员的主动性、积极性和创造性。因此,必须将柔性管理引入到对90后大学生党员的教育管理中来,通过目标柔性化、管理柔性化、教育柔性化、评价柔性化等路径构建90后大学生党员的柔性管理机制,不断激发学生党员的主观能动性和内在驱动力。
With the continuous reform of education, a flexible management mode gradually entered university management. Flexible management is more humanistic than the rigid one, and more in conformity with the behavior and psychology of the post-90 s students. It can also stimulate the student Party members ' initiative,enthusiasm and creativity. Therefore, flexible management should be introduced into the education and management of the post-90 s student Party members, which can be expected to help us to realize the scientific management of post-90 s student Party members, and inspire their subjective initiative and the inner driving force.
