摘要
探讨食品质量与安全专业"食品原料学"教学中存在的主要问题,并从教学内容、教学手段等方面探索如何在教学中体现食品质量与安全专业的特色,提高教学质量,为我国的食品质量与安全专业培养合格的人才。
To improve teaching quality and train qualified personnel for food quality and safety major, the existing problems in the teaching process of Food Material are discussed, and how to embody the characteristics of the discipline is explored from the aspects of teaching content and teaching methods.
