列举了提高高校图书馆员工工作积极性的意义,分析了其积极性不高的主要原因,在此基础上,对如何提高高校图书馆员工的工作积极性进行了初步的论述.
The paper affirms the value of improving the staff＇s enthusiasm and then analyzes factors to lower enthusiasm.Combining the value and factors,the paper discusses how to improve the enthusiasm.
