miRNA与结核分枝杆菌感染的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类长度为19~22个核苷酸、在转录后水平对基因的表达起调控作用的单链非编码RNA[1]。1993年起,Lee等[2]和Reinhart等[3]先后在秀丽隐杆线虫中发现lin‐4和let‐7可以负向调控靶基因的表达,迄今,已有24000多个miRNA被收录并注释,而且数量逐年递增。研究表明, miRNA在细胞死亡与增殖、癌症发生与发展和疾病转归中发挥着重要的作用。尽管现代医学和诊断技术不断进步,结核病仍然是一个重大的挑战。据世界卫生组织(world health or‐ganization ,WHO)最新统计,目前,全球结核感染者约占总人口的1/3,每年有800多万人发展为活动性结核病,并有140多万人死于该病。虽然结核分枝杆菌和宿主环境之间的相互作用已广泛研究,但对相关RNA的了解仍然非常有限。阐明miRNA在结核分枝杆菌感染中扮演的角色,有助于更透彻地了解结核病的发生、发展,为制订有效的控制策略提供新思路。
