MOOCs环境下高校图书馆开放教育资源建设和服务定位

On the construction of open educational resources and the service positioning of university library under the environment of MOOCS

慕课(MOOCs)被称为教育界的海啸,正以强劲的发展速度改变着传统的教育模式。文章针对开放教育资源的特点和发展现状,探讨慕课环境下开放教育资源建设中需要注意的一些问题及相应的解决措施,提出高校图书馆须转变理念和职能,重新定位,为用户提供更好的服务。

Massive Open Online Courses changing the traditional education mode with （MOOCs） are called ＂ The Campus Tsunami＂, and have been the momentum of a landslide. Aiming at characteristics and the present situation of the open educational resources, this article probes into the existing problems, presents the countermeasures, identifies the norms and contents about the intellectual property and technical application, and standardizes the work in the exploitation of educational resources. The author holds that the library should convert the concept and function of service and reset the identity so as to provide better services to the broad users.
