我国图书馆志愿者研究20年回眸与述略

Glancing back at the researches on the volunteers of libraries in China

回顾我国20年来的图书馆志愿者研究,总结其管理机制研究渐趋成熟、多元化研究较好、国内外实证研究并行的特征,并针对研究中存在的问题从加强图书馆志愿者的同质性与相异性研究、加强新问题主题性研究以及还原"为实践服务"本质的研究等方面提出建议。

Taking a glance back at the researches on the volunteers of libraries of the past 20 years in China, it is concluded that the management mechanism has become mature, the pluralistic researches being good, the experiential researches home and abroad walking hand in hand. Aiming at strengthening the researches on the similarities and differences, and at the new-theme researches going back to the essence of serving the practice, the author of this article also presents some suggestions.
