经皮解剖型锁定钢板固定治疗胫骨远端骨折 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察经皮解剖型锁定钢板固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:对收治的75例胫骨远端骨折行经皮解剖型锁定钢板治疗,评价围手术期指标和术后踝关节功能恢复效果。结果:75例患者术后均获得6~12个月随访,依据Johner-wruhs踝关节功能评分评定,优30例,良41例,可4例,差0例。结论:经皮解剖型锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效满意,可有效减少术中创伤,加速骨折愈合进程,并有助于改善踝关节功能。
