摘要
雇主品牌能够帮助企业吸引和留住优秀的人才,在人力资源市场获得持久竞争优势。文章分析了人力资源管理与雇员聘用的状态关系,并以此为基础,从识人、选人、用人、育人、留人的人力资源管理流程方面阐述了如何构建雇主品牌。
Employer Brand can help enterprises attract and retain outstanding employees as well as enhancing lasting competitive advantages in the human resources market. This paper analyzes the relationship between human resource management and employment, and with the thus obtained results, expounds how to establish the Employer Brand from the procedure of human resource management including selecting, employing, training and retaining employees.
