高校学生户籍管理改革研究

A Study on the Reform of the Household Registration Management in College Students

针对目前高等学校学生户籍管理中存在的问题以及产生问题原因,从改变现有户口迁移制度,完善高校学生户籍管理机制体制;实行暂住人口登记,强化居民身份证制度;取消毕业生户口限制,做好毕业生户籍管理;借鉴发达国家的管理经验,进一步推进网络一体化管理等四个方面提出了改革措施与建议,以期提高我国高校的户籍管理水平。

This paper presents the problems in college student＇s household registration and the reasons behind it, and proposes that the situation can be improved by changing the present household migration policy and improving the managing system of college student＇s household. The policy of temporary population registration shall be implemented, the policy of resident identity card strengthened, constraints of graduates lifted and graduates＇ household better managed. Borrowing the successful experience of developed countries regarding household management, the network integration management shall be promoted, in the hope of improving the house management in our country.
