摘要
饮食是一个人的基本需求,对于饮食的描写是对一个人最本真愿望的反射。《儒林外史》中的饮食描写大大小小不下百处,既写饮食,又不止于此,从饮食入手,描述了在科举制度下文人的日常生活状态,展现了八股取士制度在物质和精神上对文人的影响。
Eating is the basic need of life, and the description of eating is the truest reflection of one＇s desire. In the more than 100 occasions of describing eating, many things other than eating are touched such as the ordinary living of intellectuals under the system of Imperial Examination, reflecting the influence of talent selection with Eight-part System on the material and spirit of intellectuals.
