摘要
研究了教师教育理念下地方师范院校数学师范专业人才培养模式转型问题。首先指出了教师教育的含义,概况了教师教育的发展趋势,如教师教育具有体系开放化、教师职业专业化、教师培养培训一体化、教师培养标准化等特点;其次,总结了美国、德国、法国以及我国关于教师教育的理论探讨和实践探索的成果;最后,基于教师教育理念下的师资培养改革情况,综合分析了地方师范院校数学师范专业人才所面临的就业形势,指出地方师范院校数学师范专业必须进行人才培养模式改革;结合教师教育的研究成果,提出了人才培养模式转型的方案,该方案也可以为地方师范院校的其他专业所借鉴。
By the literature method and according to the idea of teacher education the paper studies the training modetransition of mathematics teachers in local normal university. First, it points out the meaning and the development trendof teacher education such as open system of teacher training, teachers' professional specialization, teacher trainingintegration and standardization; secondly, the paper introduces the theory and practice of teacher education in ourcountries; finally, under the reform of teacher education it analyzes the employment situation of the mathematics teachersof the local normal universities, and points out local normal universities really need considering the training mode reform;Considering the research results of the teacher education, this paper gives a model transformation scheme on personneltraining. This scheme is of value to other majors of the local normal universities.
