摘要
近几年来菜农们为了增加农作物的产量,在作物的生长期内对其施加了大量的农药,使农作物中含有一定量的农药残留。当人们食用了含有大量农药残留的食物后,就会危害人们的身体健康。因此,农产品质量安全问题引起社会各界的高度重视。主要用紫外分光光度计确定福美双的最大吸收波长,通过实验选择高效液相色谱法的流动相、流动相配比、流动相流速以及流动相pH等最佳检测条件。在最佳检测条件下,对样品进行高效液相色谱分析,以检测韭菜中福美双的残留量。方法平均回收率为92.1%-103.9%,检出限为0.052 0mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.8%。此方法简便、快速、准确度高,适合作为一种常规的残留检测方法。同时对韭菜的食用方法进行了研究,为减少韭菜食用过程中的农药残留提供依据。
In recent years, in order to increase crop yields farmers exert a lot of pesticides in crop growth period,making crops contain a certain amount of pesticide residues. When people eat these foods, they will endanger people'shealth. Therefore, the quality and safety of agricultural issue attach the community's high attention. UVspectrophotometer was used to determine the maximum absorption wavelength of thiram. The optimal detectionconditions like HPLC mobile phase, flow matching ratio, the mobile phase flow rate and the pH of mobile phase can bedetermined by experiments. Under the optimal detection conditions, the samples were analyzed by high performanceliquid chromatography to detect residues of thiram in Chinese chives. The average recovery was 92. 1 %- 103. 9 %. Thedetection limit was 0. 052 0 mg/kg, and the relative standard deviation was 1. 8%. This method is simple, rapid andaccurate, which is suitable for use as a conventional method of residue detection. At the same time edible methods forChinese chives were studied to provide a basis for reducing pesticide residues in consumption process.
