摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V1.1)软件,分析李世增教授治疗痤疮的用药经验。方法:收集李世增教授治疗痤疮的首诊病案152例,录入"中医传承辅助系统",采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析李世增教授治疗痤疮的用药经验。结果:对152首处方进行分析,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合45个、新处方9个。结论:李世增教授治疗痤疮具有用药组合多样性和用药集中性的特点,符合其对痤疮的五脏论治结合随证(症)加减的证治经验。
Objective： To analyze professor Li Shizeng＇s herbal administration experience for acne by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system（ V1. 1） software. Methods： The study used TCM inheritance support system to analyze the composing principles of the 152 prescriptions given by professor Li for the treatment of acne by using the frequency analysis and unsupervised hierarchical clustering. Results： Then 45 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were explored from the database. Conclusion： Professor Li Shizeng treatment of acne has the characteristics of drug combination of diversity and drug concentration,which conform to his syndrome experience of treating on five zang-organs treatment of acne and modified according to syndrome（ symptom）.
