曾斌芳教授运用“八法”辨治黄疸经验

曾斌芳教授认为"湿热入血"是黄疸病机的主旨,以"辨阴阳、辨表里、辨湿热、辨卫气营血"为辨证要点,临证采用八法"汗、吐、下、和、温、清、消、补"辨治黄疸。汗法:适于邪郁肌表之证,方选麻黄连翘赤小豆汤、桂枝加黄芪汤;吐法:适于邪蕴上焦之证,方选瓜蒂散;下法:适于湿热蕴腑之证,方选硝石矾石散;和法:适于少阳枢机不利之证,方选柴胡桂枝干姜汤;温法:适于寒湿困脾之证,方选茵陈术附汤;清法:湿热并重证(茵陈蒿汤),湿重于热证(茵陈五苓散合当归拈痛汤、茵陈五苓散合甘露消毒丹),热重于湿证(栀子柏皮汤),少阳阳明合并证(大柴胡汤),疫毒蕴阻证(茵陈五苓散合甘露消毒丹合犀角地黄汤);消法:适于瘀血阻络之证,方选血府逐瘀汤;补法:适于脾虚湿盛之证,方选黄芪建中汤。
