Review on TCM Basic Theory in 20 Years

中医学基础理论的继承与创新、标准化与泛化、中西医结合与纯中医这3个论点是20年来中医学基础理论学术争鸣的主要方面。继承和创新争论的焦点集中在继承和创新的辨证关系和侧重点上;中医学理论的标准化和泛化之争则是以"阴阳"为主要代表的"泛化"理论和中医术语、理论、诊疗体系"标准化"的现代化进程之间的矛盾;中西医结合与纯中医观点的争鸣则集中在如何进行中西医结合,以及中西医结合要遵循的原则和实现的途径等。

It has reviewed on the academic schools of thought contend of TCM basic theory from three dimensions of the inheritance and innovation,standardization and generalization,pure TCM and combination of TCM with western medicine in recent 20 years. The inheriting and innovating are focus on the dialectical relationship and emphasis between inheritance and innovation. The standardization and generalization of traditional Chinese medicine theory is ＂ Yin and Yang＂ as the main representative and modernization. The debate of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine and pure Chinese medicine view is focus on how to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine,and the principle and implementation to be followed.
