摘要
目的:测定草豆蔻配方颗粒中石竹素和反式石竹烯含量。方法:利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(gas chromatograph-massspec tromet,GC-MS)技术分析草豆蔻配方颗粒中石竹素和反式石竹烯含量。用水蒸气蒸馏法从草豆蔻配方颗粒中提取挥发油,经GC-MS分析,NIST08库定性分析石竹素和反式石竹烯,外标法定量。结果:6批草豆蔻配方颗粒中石竹素含量0.034%,RSD为6.3%,反式石竹烯含量0.022%,RSD为6.1%。结论:此法稳定、可靠,重现性好,适用于草豆蔻配方颗粒中石竹素和反式石竹烯含量的分析。
Objective:To determination the content of caryophyllin and trans-caryophyllene in Caodoukou formula granule. Methods:GCMS combined with technical analysis content of caryophyllin and trans-caryophyllene of Caodoukou formula granule. Extracted volatile oil from Caodoukou formula granule by steam distillation. By gas chromatography-mass spectrometry external standard was used for qualitative analysis of caryophyllin and trans-caryophyllene with NIST08 library. Results : Caryophyllin content of 0. 034% , RSD of 6.3% , trans-caryophyllene content of 0. 022% and relative deviation of 6.1% in 6 batches Caodoukou formula granule. Conclusion:This method is stable, reliable, reproducible and suitable for content analysis of caryophyllin and trans-caryophyllene in Caodoukou formula granule.
