慢性萎缩性胃炎中医证候调查问卷的设计思路与内容

Syndromes Questionnaire Design and Content of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:进一步加强慢性萎缩性胃炎病因病机的研究,以期能够根据患者的临床症状快速而准确地判断出慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的中医证型。方法:在中医理论的指导下,依靠文献研究、专家意见以及信息收集整合等方法,以慢性萎缩性胃炎的症状、体征为鉴别标准,以胃镜、病理检验等为辅助手段来设计问卷的理论结构和具体内容。结果:通过系统的分析整理,确定了由15个模块和230余条症状组成的慢性萎缩性胃炎中医证候调查问卷,调查问卷除包含封面信、指导语、《慢性萎缩性胃炎门诊中医病历表格》外,还增加了一份慢性萎缩性胃炎健康教育处方,在重视临床诊疗的同时加强日常护理的相关推广。结论:本调查问卷所涵盖的内容既可以有效地指导临床、方便收集慢性萎缩性胃炎患者相关证候信息,又可以帮助患者了解病情,增强患者依从性。

Objective： In order to strengthen the study of etiology and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis,to quickly and accurately determine the TCM syndrome types of chronic atrophic gastritis patients according to patients＇ clinical symptoms. Methods： Under the guidancee of TCM theory,combined with literature studies and expert opinion,determined the theoretical structure and specific content of the questionnaire of chronic atrophic gastritis syndromes through the four aspects of TCM named inspection,listening and smelling examination,inquiry and palpation. Results： After systematic analysis,determined that the questionnaire should be consisted of 15 modules and more than 230 symptoms. Questionnaire increases a copy of the CAG health education prescription,attaches great importance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment at the same time to strengthen the related promotion of daily care. Conclusion： Initially completed the preparation of chronic atrophic gastritis syndromes questionnaire. It will help clinicians summarize and conclude associated syndromes of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.
