麻黄新用6例

Discussion of Ephedra in 6 Patients

麻黄具有发汗散寒,宣肺平喘,利水消肿的作用,常用于治疗外感风寒表实证、实证喘咳、水肿、麻疹不透等。笔者在临床实践中发现,麻黄除了教科书上的临床应用范围外,还有新的特殊用法,很多疾病通过麻黄为主药配伍后,收到良好效果。如腰椎病、颈性眩晕、皮肤瘙痒、尿潴留、荨麻疹、急性结膜炎等。

Mahuang（ Ephedra） has the function of promoting sweating,relieving asthma and urination. Mahuang（ Ephedra） is commonly used in the treatment of exogenous cold,asthma,edema and measles without adequate eruption. In our clinical practice,there are some other new applications besides the usage of Mahuang（ Ephedra） in the textbook. Compatibility based on the main drug of Mahuang（ Ephedra） treatment of many diseases received good results,such as lumbar disease,cervical vertigo,skin itching syndrome,urinary retention,urticaria,acute conjunctivitis,etc..
