狐臭外用古方用药分析

Medication Analysis of External Ancient Prescriptions for the Treatment of Body Odor

目的:分析狐臭外用古方用药的规律。方法:通过分析《肘后备急方》《备急千金要方》《外台秘要》等12本中医古籍,共70首外治狐臭的古方。结果:70首古方共涉及药物78味,其中使用频次较高的有白矾(枯矾)25.7%;胡粉22.9%;石灰18.6%;古钱15.7%;青木香14.3%;麝香14.3%;醋12.9%;密陀僧11.4%;酢10.0%;田螺10.0%;绿矾(青矾)8.6%;轻粉8.6%。结论:1外用药物以矿物类药物为主。2出现频次高的药物多或有清热解毒之功,或有燥湿、杀虫、解毒之用,或有利水解毒之效,或具有辛香避秽解毒之用,充分体会腋臭治疗的芳香避秽,散风除湿,止汗除臭,调和气血的基本原则。3从剂型上讲以粉剂为主,增强了药物的吸附性,增加了燥湿止汗除臭之功。4从治疗方法上讲,特别是热腌包及"钱腋下摩之""生布揩令赤"等方法的使用促进局部皮肤血液循环,为药物充分吸收创造条件。

Objective： To explore the regularity of external ancient prescriptions for the treatment of body odor. Methods： A total of 70 external ancient prescriptions treatment of body odor,through analysis 12 TCM ancient books including Zhouhou Beiji Fang,Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang,Waitai Miyao. Result： 78 drugs were used in the 70 prescriptions,among which the following drugs have high frequency of use： alum（ dried alum） 25. 7%; Gofun 22. 9%; Lime 18. 6%; Ancient coins 15. 7%; Aristolochia debilis 14. 3%; Musk 14. 3%; Vinegar 12. 9%; Litharge 11. 4%; Leaven 10. 0%; River snail 10. 0%; Copperas（ iron vitriol） 8. 6%; Calomelas 8. 6%. Conclusion： 1Mineral Powder makes the majority of external drugs. 2Drugs with high frequency of use have effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials,depriving the evil wetness,killing microorganism,removing dampness by promoting diuresis,or spicy avoiding dirty and detoxification,fully understand the basic principles of aromatic avoiding dirty,dispelling wind and dampness,deodorants and antiperspirants,regulating qi and blood treatment of body odor. 3Formulations with powder-based are the majority,enhances the absorption of the drug,increasing the power of dampness antiperspirant deodorant. 4From therapeutic method,specially the use of hot pickled package and ＂Massage armpit with money＂ ＂ the affected area wiped by cloth for heat＂ and other methods of promoting local skin blood circulation create the conditions for full absorption of drugs.
