摘要
当前的教师职前教育存在着"学科逻辑"与"教育规律"相分离、"理论探究"与"实践训练"相脱节、"独立学习"与"协作发展"相孤立等方面的问题。在职前教师教育阶段,以"案例教学"为主线,初步建构"解析式观课—协作式备课—答辩式说课—情境式授课—追问式评课"有机结合的"五课一体"的能力训练体系,有利于促进师范生成长为智慧型教师、研究型教师、合作型教师。
There are several problems in pre-service education, such as the separation between "the subject logic" and "the education principles", between "the theory research" and "the practical training", and between "the independent studying" and "the cooperative development". Based on the "ease teaching method", we have initially built an ability training system, combining "analytical viewing of the class", "cooperative lesson preparation", "defense lesson presentation", "situational teaching" and "questioning assessment" in the pre-service education. This method is conducive to helping education majors to be intelligent teachers, research-oriented teachers and cooperative teachers.
