免费师范生教育实习改革的探索与反思

Exploration and Rethinking of Educational Practice of the Free Normal University Students

师范生的教育实习是培养优质中学师资的重要途径。免费师范生政策下,传统的实习模式已经不能适应新的要求。积极关注师范生教育实习动态,认真反思并切实优化实习模式是让师范生在教育实习中真正受益的关键所在。本文以华中师范大学历史文化学院为例,围绕免费师范生政策下的师范生教育实习改革与中学历史优质师资的培养探讨新形势下实习模式的改进。

Microteaching plays an important role in the training of high quality middle school teachers. Under the circumstances of free normal university students, the traditional educational practice Pattern doesn＇t adapt to the new requirements. Thus it is vitally important for us to pay enough attention to the dynamic state of educational practice of normal university students, rethink and optimize educational practice pattern to help students benefit from educational practice. This paper takes History and Culture College, Central China Normal University as an example, focuses on the reform of educational practice of free normal university students and cultivation of high quality history teachers of middle schools and improvement of educational practice pattern under the new circumstances.
