新闻学专业“3+1”人才培养模式探索——以浙江万里学院为例

摘要 新闻传播学是应用学科,但目前国内高校的新闻学专业教学却普遍存在实践性不强、人才培养与社会需求脱节的问题,缺少实践平台和实践师资是其根本原因。创新人才培养模式、强化实践教学环节,是培养卓越新闻传播人才的必由之路。浙江万里学院新闻学专业推行"3+1"人才培养模式,学生前3年在校学习为主,后1年在媒体实习为主,实现了校媒深度合作。 Journalism major means application, yet most domestic universities lack practical training, which leads to disjointed with social needs. Lack of practice platform and practice teaching are essential problems. The only way out is to innovating the mode of talent training, strengthening the practical teaching links. Since 2006, Zhejiang Wanli University journalism major has promoted the "3+1" mode of talent training, which has achieved outstanding results in media and school deep cooperation.
