摘要
文章通过梳理我国高校教师培训背景,分析我国高校应用型教师"常态化"培训的必然性,提出将"常态化"培训纳入学校整体发展、依托协同创新平台实现培训模式多元化、建立培训评价导向、构建学习氛围、营造学习环境的应用型教师"常态化"培训的实现路径。
The article has made a systematic combination of training backgrounds for colleges teachers in China and analyzed the necessity of normalized training for them. Finally, four paths have been put forward. First, incorporating normalized training into the integrated development of the college; Second, depending on collaborative innovation platforms to achieve diversification of training mode; Third, establishing evaluation guidance for training; Fourth, creating learning atmosphere.
