聚酰胺/聚砜复合膜初生功能层脱盐性能的研究

摘要 对复合膜初生功能层的性能进行了研究.研究表明,复合膜初生功能层结构疏松,呈海绵状,通量高而脱盐率低.在一定测试压力下,膜通量会逐渐减小,脱盐率会逐渐增大,最终趋于稳定.测试压力越高,达到通量及脱盐率稳定的时间越短,且这个过程是不可逆的. The performance of the nascent functional layer of composite membrane is discussed. The nascent functional layer is loose and spongy, and shows high permeate flux and low salt rejection. Under a certain pressure, it is compressed continuously, its permeate flux drops, and its salt rejection increases, until it becomes stable. The higher is the pressure, the shorter time is needed for the membrane to reach equilibrium. Once the nascent functional layer is compressed, it is irreversible.
